The checks that were issued in 2022 are the final checks being distributed for these Settlements. These checks include any amounts that were not previously cashed, so these are the only checks eligible for reissue.

If you need to change the name on the check, please make sure you have supporting documentation in the form of a marriage license, divorce decree, death certificate, power of attorney, or another applicable document.

UPDATE: All reissue requests must be postmarked or submitted no later than June 6, 2022.

May 1, 2017	If you are an Eligible Seller and missed the Identification Deadline in the 2.0-liter Settlement, or if you are an Eligible Former Owner and do not file a claim in the 3.0-liter Settlement, you have until May 1, 2017 to file a claim in the Bosch Settlement.
